Using positive strategies and collaboration, Liberty POST is excited to be a part of a child's journey to success. We provide a range of services for young children with disabilities through early intervention, preschool special education, and public/charter school contracting.

Liberty Resources currently has relationships with various local schools for internship placements in a variety of undergraduate and graduate degree programs in such areas as Human Services, Social Work, Mental Health, Substance Use, Medical Assisting, Practitioner Services, and Administrative Services. 

Opportunities exist in Onondaga, Oneida, Oswego, Cayuga, and Chenango counties and involve hands-on experience working with individuals living with mental illness, substance use disorder, developmental disabilities, and at-risk youth.

Internship opportunities are available but not limited to our Administrative Services, Mental Health Clinics, Primary Care Clinics, Family Foster Care Program, Health Home Care Management, Help Restore Hope Center, Mobile Crisis, and Crisis Respite services.
