About the Role

Product Intern — Fall

About Hubs

At Hubs, we're building the intelligence layer for organizations — where anyone can build AI solutions that spread and compound across the org. Our team is growing, fast-moving, and ambitious — led by multi-exit Silicon Valley entrepreneurs with a strong track record of creating products that shape how people work.

Joining Hubs means working on problems that matter. You'll be building for yourself, your peers, and millions of professionals navigating the shift from pre-AI to AI-first work. The products you create will be visible, widely used, and part of a broad societal transformation in how knowledge work gets done.

About the Role

As we prepare for launch, we're looking for a Product Intern to work directly with the founders at the intersection of product, users, and implementation. This role is for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how an AI product gets shaped, validated, and brought to life for its earliest users.

You'll help us understand how the product behaves in the real world, spot what's working and what isn't, and turn those signals into decisions that make the product better. Along the way, you'll support how we deliver solutions to our first customers — sitting close to both the product and the people using it.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the product — Dig into how the platform works, test real use cases, and surface what matters most for a great user experience.

  • Analyze and structure — Turn product data, user feedback, and testing signals into clear insights that inform what we build next.

  • Validate quality — Help ensure the product is reliable and ready for users by catching edge cases and prioritizing the issues that count.

  • Support implementation — Configure, validate, and refine solutions as we roll them out to our earliest customers.

  • Get close to users — Talk to users, understand their needs, and bring that perspective back into product decisions.

  • Measure what works — Explore how to track product and AI output quality so behavior stays predictable as we scale.

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Are a student or recent grad in a product, analytical, or technical field interested in how AI is reshaping work.

  • Operate comfortably in ambiguity and take initiative — digging into systems, talking to users, and forming clear points of view.

  • Have an analytical, detail-oriented mindset and enjoy figuring out how things work and how to make them better.

  • Communicate crisply and can turn messy inputs — user feedback, product data, testing results — into structured narratives.

  • Have some technical comfort (reading data, understanding metrics, or picking up tools like GitHub, Datadog, or Playwright) — a plus, though curiosity and judgment matter most.

  • Bring prior product, business analysis, implementation, or startup exposure — a plus, especially any experience helping ship or deliver software.

If you're excited about building at the leading edge of AI-first productivity and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
