About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Relations Intern who will be responsible for merchant acquisition and relations. As a marketplace, viravira.co operates in a two-sided market. Both renters and boat owners are our valuable stakeholders. Our merchant team is responsible from our boat owner portfolio. As a Partner Relations Intern, your main responsibility will be assisting senior managers maintain and expand boat portfolio. Partner Relations Specialist will also help boat owners solve their problems and make them feel valued. High performing candidates will be hired after the conclusion of the internship period.

What you'll be doing
​● Assist in acquiring new boat owners and help on-boarding them via website, phone or email.
● Prepare and monitor boat owner and listing KPIs and report to the management.
● Support the sales team when needed.
● Recommend marketing strategies to acquire new merchants.
● Channel feedback from boat owners back to the product team to improve merchant related processes.



Gereksinimler

● Senior undergraduate or postgraduate students or new graduates from business administration, mass communications, sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
● Excellent command of the English language, additional language is a plus.
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
● Positive, professional and outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with clients.
● Enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development and sales.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task.
● Comfort with a fast-paced environment.
