 - 기간 최대 6개월
 - 인턴 기간의 성과 평가에 따라 이후 정규직 전환 논의 예정

[담당업무]
- Deliver timely, accurate advisory services in support of client pitches and active mandates — clients include AMCs, developers, and corporates seeking real estate consulting services across office, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.
- Conduct market due diligence and feasibility studies including financial analysis, market research, and site evaluations for development projects and investment opportunities.
- Prepare client-ready advisory reports, pitch decks, and financial models in English and/or Korean.
- Collaborate with Capital Markets, Logistics, PAM, FM and PDS teams for data collection and cross-functional analysis.
- Support senior team members on project deliverables and operational tasks as required.

[필수조건]
- Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate (within 2 years) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills

[우대조건]
- Prior internship or coursework in real estate, finance, or consulting
- Familiarity with Korean real estate market
