WHAT YOU WILL DO

Shape the Employee Experience at one of the world's leading consumer goods companies. You don't just want to watch, but take on responsibility? With us, you will not only support the HR Business Partnering team in day-to-day operations, but also get the opportunity to actively question processes, initiate improvements, and contribute with your own ideas. From day one, you will work closely with employees, managers, and HR experts and gain insights into the entire Employee Lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration on processes throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding, contract changes, transfers, offboarding, and employment references)

  • Creation and management of HR-relevant documents as well as maintenance of HR data

  • Collaboration with various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Employee & Labor Relations

  • Support for employees and managers in operational HR topics

  • Collaboration on HR projects and initiatives to improve Employee Experience

  • Identification of optimization potential and active participation in shaping efficient HR processes

Job Qualifications

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Ongoing studies with a focus on business, HR, or psychology

  • Ideally, initial practical experience in an HR environment, for example through internships, working student positions, or relevant university projects

  • Interest in Human Resources and modern HR work

  • Initiative, curiosity, and the drive to question and improve existing processes

  • Structured and independent way of working

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders

  • Very good German and English language skills
