About the Role 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Process Excellence Intern to join our team. The Magnum Ice Cream Company is in the midst of establishing its standalone HR operations following its separation from Unilever, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to the setup and continuous improvement of HR processes, documentation, and ways of working in a dynamic environment. 

You will work closely with global HR teams across different regions, gaining exposure to diverse ways of working and contributing to internationally aligned processes. You will also gain experience with leading HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, as well as emerging AI-driven HR solutions. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For 

Support the HR Business Partnering team within the global and European Supply Chain organization by contributing to key people and transformation initiatives, including: 

  • Support HR Business Partner activities related to talent, culture, and organisational development across global and European Supply Chain teams 

  • Contribute to learning and development initiatives, including supporting programmes such as reverse mentoring and other talent-focused interventions 

  • Assist in preparing and coordinating HR activities such as employee engagement initiatives, culture programmes, and organisational priorities at a European level 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions, gaining exposure to how HR partners with senior business leaders in an international environment 

  • Provide project support to ongoing HR initiatives, including coordination, communication, and tracking of key actions 

  • Support content creation and preparation of materials for HR processes, programmes, and stakeholder engagement 

  • Contribute to transformation-related activities, gaining exposure to how HR supports organisational change within a global business 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Availability for an internship of approximately 5–6 months staring September 2026

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (HBO, 3rd or 4th year) or Master’s (WO) programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus but not required 

  • Strong interest in HR Business Partnering, learning and development, and organisational topics 

  • A structured and well-organised mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 

  • Proactive attitude with demonstrated ownership and initiative 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment 

  • Attention to detail combined with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
