Are you a structured, service-minded and discreet student who thrives on helping others keep on top of their agenda? Do you want hands-on experience working closely with senior leaders in a global company? We are looking for a Student Assistant to provide dedicated personal assistant support to members of our Region Scandinavia Management Team (SMT).
You will:
- Coordinate meetings and calendars, including making sure that the interdependent meetings follow each other logically
- Consolidate input and reporting, including gathering and consolidating input ahead of meetings
- Arrange hospitality and events, including hospitality for internal and customer meetings, and practical arrangements for offsites
- Prepare presentations and materials for management meetings, including cleaning up and proofreading
- Handle various ad-hoc PA tasks, liaising with other assistants across the organisation and keeping our leaders' day-to-day structured and on track with minimal supervision
You will work directly with senior leaders in Region Scandinavia, helping to keep their day-to-day running smoothly. Your tasks will be varied and give you a front-row seat to how a regional management team operates.

About you
We are looking for a proactive, structured, and trustworthy team player who enjoys coordinating tasks and taking ownership of initiatives. Ideally, you:
- Are currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, with at least one year remaining of your studies and can work 10-15 hours per week (with flexibility during exam periods)
- Enjoy coordinating calendars, meetings and multiple priorities in a structured way
- Are trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion
- Feel comfortable working with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Communicate fluently in English
- Danish is a strong plus
