Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects by supporting governance processes, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication across teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Engineers, and Finance teams), track project milestones, and ensure compliance with PMO standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating PMO reporting cycles and maintaining project repositories, but also support project governance processes and tools.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation.

  • Coordinating PMO reporting cycles, dashboards, and KPIs.

  • Tracking tools like communication and correspondence matrices.

  • Ensuring timely submission of Project Progress Reports and Review Forms with follow-ups.

  • Ensuring compliance with PMO standards, tools, and templates.

  • Tracking milestone/obligation trackers and regularly following up with stakeholders to ensure timely achievements per acceptance criteria.

  • Organizing and documenting meetings, preparing minutes, and action items.

  • Facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders.

  • Maintaining project repositories and document control systems.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Student or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience in PMO, project coordination, or a similar role will be a plus.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

  • Experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO tools.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
