JOB PURPOSE

 

The Press Office intern ensures will be involved in the following activities to support the Press Office.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assisting the entire WW PR sample process, working with internal stakeholders and editors. Helping the team on day-to-day tasks for samples request. Oversees activities of sending information/materials (prices, captions, images, press releases etc) to editorial offices.
  • Supporting the team in coordinating subsidiaries, working closely with WW Prs in organizing presentations, collecting strategies and updates. Managing contents, press folders and archives.
  • Working with the team to coordinate all PR sample production, monitoring production timelines and coordinating product shipping activities to Subsidiaries.
  • Supporting the team for DMR editorial valuations and competitors’ analysis, monitoring subsidiaries results, making sure the brand fashion strategy is amplified and made consistent through the media WW panorama. Identify media trends and opportunities to leverage.
  • Database management of press lists, contacts, mailings, galleries with Launchmetrics.
  • Operationally supporting the team - organizing and preparing deliveries and shipments such as press gifts, thank you presents, seedings. Supporting in the shows and events organization.                                                                                                          

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Previous internship experience in PR/ Communications/ Marketing preferably in the Luxury/Fashion industry.
Detail oriented team player with the ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Relational, managerial and organizational skills, results oriented; ability to prioritize objectives and meet timelines.Interest and attitude towards fashion and luxury products.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Office applications, in particular Excel, Power Point.
Very good knowledge of English.
