About the Role

Position Summary

The Systems Analyst Intern supports the implementation team by assisting with software configuration, testing, documentation, and client support activities while gaining hands on experience in environmental software consulting. This role provides exposure to Windsor's products, implementation processes, and client environments while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist Systems Analysts with software implementation and configuration tasks.
  • Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and internal project discussions.
  • Help gather, organize, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Perform software testing and document defects or enhancement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Research and troubleshoot application issues with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support data validation and quality assurance activities.
  • Learn Windsor products, implementation methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams while demonstrating professionalism and curiosity.
  • Complete assigned projects and administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or experience in databases, SQL, or software systems.
  • Experience with data analysis or technical documentation.
  • Interest in environmental technology or consulting.
