About the Vacation Program

 This is more than just work experience. Our 4-week, full-time paid program offers:

• Support from your buddy and manager

• Networking and social activities

• The chance to work with your Vacationer cohort on an Innovation Challenge

• Opportunities to grow your technical and soft skills

• Benefits including healthy snacks and dress for your day

• Insights into the career paths at BDO, and the possibility of a graduate offer at the end of the program

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Vacation Program, you must be:

• Studying a degree in a relevant discipline

• In your penultimate or final year of your undergraduate or postgraduate studies

• Available to start in November 2026 or January 2027.
