About the Role
We’re looking for passionate, creative, and proactive interns to join our team and support influencer marketing initiatives. If you love social media, enjoy collaborating with others, and are eager to gain hands-on experience executing influencer campaigns or events, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Do
- Assist in identifying and engaging social influencers to foster dialogue and promote client campaigns.
- Proactively outreach and negotiate agreements with creators to secure their participation.
- Provide end-to-end support and diligent monitoring across all campaign phases to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage influencer deliverables across digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including coordinating with third parties and maintaining relationships between talents and the brand team.
- Gain exposure to reviewing and quality-checking influencer deliverables, providing feedback to ensure content aligns with client requirements and campaign objectives.
- Prepare post-campaign reports by gathering insights on influencer post engagement and metrics.
- Manage daily operations of the internal team as requested.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks when required.
Who You Are
- Open to all students currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Marketing.
- Willing to commit a minimum 3 months.
- You should possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate, agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Having a positive and “can do” attitude.
- A fun, easy-going and creative individual.
