主要工作职责：

1. 月度数据管理与汇总

• 按照既定流程从各系统下载、拉取月度数据；
• 整理并汇总多来源数据；
• 协助维护标准化数据文件及数据库。

2. 定期业务报告支持

• 协助完成月报、周报及季度报告的数据更新；
• 检查报告数据准确性及逻辑一致性；
• 更新相关图表及分析模板。

3. 报告逻辑测试（UAT）

• 对CCDM Dashboard和portal进行测试；
• 验证指标计算逻辑和数据呈现结果；
• 记录并反馈发现的问题。

4. 问题归类与跟踪

• 收集各团队反馈的数据及报告问题；
• 按类型进行归类整理；
• 建立问题追踪台账并推动闭环解决。

5. 数据质量监控

• 定期核对关键数据指标；
• 协助识别异常数据及潜在风险；
• 支持数据治理相关工作。

6. 分析项目支持

• 协助完成临时数据分析需求；
• 支持渠道绩效分析、客户分析及市场洞察项目；
• 参与管理层汇报材料的数据准备及基础分析工作。
