About JLL Intern, Office Leasing Advisory (Summer 2026)

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a real estate professional.

This 5 to 6 months internship will give you a flavour of what it takes to work within our Office Leasing Advisory (OLA) business lines. Working alongside experienced brokers and advisors, you'll gain hands-on experience in tenant representation, landlord services, and market analysis while developing essential industry skills.

What this job involves

• Conduct market research and assist in preparing client presentations, property summaries, and marketing materials

• Support transaction activities including documentation preparation, analysis, and coordination

• Participate in property tours with clients and help prepare lease proposals and supporting documentation

• Assist with business development through prospecting, pitch preparation, and client relationship management

• Shadow experienced brokers during client meetings and attend networking events to build industry knowledge

You are currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a similar related field. Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.

The internship period shall run from August to December 2026 (Full-time).
