SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES
Having a mix of key project assignments and administrative tasks will ensure the intern remains productive while developing a well‑rounded understanding of our processes, gaining exposure to real‑world operations, and building essential professional skills.
Assist in preparing communication materials and official correspondences with service providers.
Support maintenance and updating of user access in the service provider portal.
Support audit/review activities for service provider compliance and documentation accuracy.
Assist in compiling, analysing, and summarising service provider performance data
Assist in reviewing pricing structures and service offerings as part of service provider empanelment evaluation.
Contributes to the coordination of service provider empanelment processes, including document checks, profiling, and system setup.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) by reviewing test results and identifying any issues or discrepancies.
Support system enhancement initiatives by preparing reports, trackers, and summary updates.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling administrative tasks and managing documentation.
Basic understanding of system testing or operational processes is an advantage.

Develop analytical and problem‑solving skills through data review, audits, and system validation assignments.
Strengthen communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities when engaging with service providers and internal departments.
Enhance organisational and coordination skills through supporting meetings, documentation, and project workflows.
Understand regulatory and compliance requirements related to service provider licensing, GL processes, and network governance.
Develop an understanding of system testing processes, including UAT, DR, and ORT, through hands-on participation in test execution and issue identification.
