En H-E-B estamos en búsqueda de estudiantes que quieran formar parte de nuestro Semillero de Talento, un programa de prácticas profesionales diseñado para que puedas aprender, aportar y desarrollarte dentro de la organización.

 

🚀 ¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua e innovación del departamento, participando en actividades de seguimiento, documentación técnica, pruebas y configuraciones.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios internos mediante la atención y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con hardware, software y dispositivos de usuario final, asegurando la continuidad de la operación.
  • Apoyar en la configuración, remediación y validación de equipos de cómputo y dispositivos móviles, siguiendo los procedimientos y estándares establecidos por el área.
  • Asistiendo en la logística y soporte tecnológico de eventos, incluyendo el montaje y desmontaje de equipos.

🎯 ¿A quién buscamos?

  • Estudiante activo de Ingeniería en Administración de Sistemas, Tecnologías de Software o afín.
  • Tener mínimo 1 año pendiente para graduarse.
  • Conocimientos de sistemas operativos (Windows, macOS e iPadOS), redes y dispositivos Android/iOS.
  • Comunicación efectiva y facilidad de palabra.
  • Atención al detalle, organización y actitud de servicio.
  • Interés en desarrollarse en el área de Soporte Técnico.
