Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Management team in managing relationships with biller partners.
- Assist in monitoring daily operational activities and transaction performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal) to ensure partner requests and operational issues are addressed promptly.
- Assist in tracking partner KPIs and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Support partner onboarding and documentation processes.
- Help investigate and follow up on operational issues or partner inquiries.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, meetings, and action items.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks to support the Account Management function.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Account Management, Partnership, Business Development, or the Digital Payment industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
