About the Role

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

You will support the Social Responsibility, Inclusion & Communities (SRI&C) Team in the People & Culture (P&C) Board Area of SAP. As part of a combined, Germany-wide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Inclusion team, you will help drive and communicate strategic programs and initiatives across the organization. Your work will contribute to clear communication, effective coordination, and the successful execution of initiatives that create real social impact - fostering both a more inclusive workplace and stronger connections with communities across Germany.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR and Inclusion programs, including volunteering, pro-bono projects, and inclusion-focused initiatives
  • Create and prepare communications such as PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, draft messages, summaries, and talking points for internal and external audiences
  • Conduct research and gather input for projects related to social responsibility, employee engagement, and nonprofit partnerships
  • Help maintain editorial calendars, event plans, and project documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and support day-to-day project management tasks
  • Assist with internal stakeholder alignment by preparing materials and ensuring smooth information flow across teams

As the regional Germany team and part of the global SRI&C organization, we drive programs that create real social impact and foster a more inclusive workplace - from building digital skills and supporting nonprofits to connecting employees with purpose and championing belonging across the organization. We work collaboratively, value clarity and empathy, and partner closely with leaders, project managers, and employee communities.
