More about the role
We're looking for a Digital Communications & Community Management Intern to join our Global Leadership Development Team in our Amsterdam office (hybrid work possible).
As a Digital Communications & Community Management Intern, you'll help create engaging digital spaces, compelling content, and intuitive user experiences that support leaders and managers across our global organization.
Rather than focusing on traditional HR activities, you'll work at the intersection of communication, design, digital collaboration, and community building — helping shape how leaders access information, connect with one another, and engage with our leadership platforms.
We're looking for an engaged and creative 'digital storyteller' with a strong interest in user experience and online communities. If you recognize yourself in this description, get in touch!
What you'll do
Design, create, and maintain engaging community SharePoint pages and digital communities
Develop communication materials, visual content, and campaigns that drive engagement
Improve the usability, structure, and overall experience of leadership platforms
Turn complex information into clear, attractive, and easy-to-navigate content
Create digital experiences that help leaders quickly find the information and resources they need
Support the growth and engagement of leadership communities across the organization
Gather user feedback and translate insights into improvements
Explore new Microsoft 365 capabilities and identify opportunities to improve communication and collaboration
Collaborate with colleagues across Talent, Learning, Communications, and HR teams

You have a passion for digital communication and storytelling, and enjoy creating content that is both visually appealing and user-friendly
You have an eye for design, usability, and online experiences, and are curious about how people interact with digital platforms

You are proactive, creative, and comfortable taking ownership
You communicate confidently in English
Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Teams, or Viva Engage is a plus
