<h3 id="subject-matter-expert-sme---dairy">Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Dairy</h3> <h3 id="professional-summary">Professional Summary</h3> <p>LTTS is seeking a highly experienced <strong>Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Dairy Technology/Engineering</strong> to serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) between Client Engineering (a Global MNC in the Dairy Sector) and LTTS. This senior role requires providing <strong>technical leadership and deep domain expertise</strong> for dairy processing facilities and projects. The primary focus will be on upcoming <strong>Capex Dairy Plant Expansion projects</strong> in the Europe Region (brownfield sites) and other geographies. The SME will be crucial in defining project engineering requirements, planning engineering resources, and overseeing design for these critical projects.</p> <h3 id="key-responsibilities">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Act as the <strong>single point of contact (SPOC)</strong> between Client Engineering and LTTS for all project engineering requirements.</li> <li>Define <strong>project engineering requirements</strong> for Capex Dairy Plant Expansion projects.</li> <li>Conduct <strong>engineering resource planning</strong> and plan for design requirements.</li> <li>Provide <strong>technical leadership and domain expertise</strong> for dairy processing facilities and projects.</li> <li>Support the conceptualization, process design, technology selection, and engineering reviews (including buildings &amp; MEP services) for dairy manufacturing plants.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, equipment suppliers, and project stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure the delivery of efficient engineering designs for dairy processing plants.</li> </ul> <h3 id="technical-requirements-must-have">Technical Requirements (Must-have)</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor&#39;s Degree or Master&#39;s Degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.</li> <li><strong>Experience</strong>: <strong>15-20 years of progressive experience</strong> in:<ul> <li>Dairy manufacturing</li> <li>Dairy engineering</li> <li>Dairy consulting</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Project Expertise</strong>: Proven experience in the <strong>design, commissioning, or operation</strong> of dairy processing facilities.</li> <li><strong>Project Delivery</strong>: Demonstrated track record of <strong>successful delivery of dairy engineering projects</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Core Skills</strong>: Experience with <strong>process design, technology selection, and engineering reviews</strong> for dairy manufacturing plants.</li> </ul> <h3 id="desired-skills-nice-to-have">Desired Skills (Nice-to-have)</h3> <ul> <li>Experience working with multinational dairy companies, engineering consultants, EPC organizations, or dairy equipment manufacturers.</li> <li><strong>Preferred Industry Experience in:</strong><ul> <li>Dairy Manufacturing Companies</li> <li>Dairy Consulting Firms</li> <li>EPC and Engineering Design Organizations specialized in Dairy Plants</li> <li>Dairy Processing Equipment Manufacturers</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
