About the Role

Intro

Vaigo is the leading SaaS platform that simplifies and automates corporate mobility.
We empower large enterprises to manage their mobility policies, budgets, and incentives in one place — with a strong focus on sustainability, transparency, and efficiency.

We’re a fast‑growing scale‑up working with leading organizations in Belgium. We only bring in interns who demonstrate exceptional drive and achievements.

Your role

With the Vaigo platform, we make sustainable and flexible mobility easy for companies. What will you be doing concretely?

  • Managing the administrative processes related to the use of the platform.
  • Requesting and cancelling mobility cards and subscriptions with mobility providers.
  • Validating registrations in our platform.
  • Answering questions from customers and end users in a clear and accurate way.

This is what you are bringing

  • You are fluent in Dutch (French is a plus!).
  • You are a student and available for approximately 12 hours per week.
  • You hold a Belgian passport.
  • You are customer-oriented, know how to set priorities, and can solve problems effectively.
  • You are detail-oriented and enjoy keeping administration in perfect order.
  • You have a hands‑on mentality and a bias for action.
  • You demonstrate acumen and ability in AI usage and tooling — you can show clear examples of how you use AI to work extremely efficiently.

At Vaigo, you work in a dynamic and fast-growing scale-up. Our enthusiastic team of 15 colleagues will welcome you with open arms at our office in Leuven. This role can also be done fully remote. What else can you expect?

  • A 3 month contract with an hourly wage of €13.
