About the role 

The Guest Relations Intern assists in ensuring a smooth arrival and memorable stay for Elite, HRG, VIP and other special selection of guests while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures and reports directly to the Guest Relations Manager.   

 

What you will do 

  • Assist in managing all VIP, Special Attention, Specialty Suite and High Return Guests, including coordinating and monitoring directly between guest and all necessary departments.    

  • Assist in overseeing all Elite guests stays; which includes pre-arrival, room allocation, preferences, meet and greet upon arrival, and touching base with them throughout their stay.    

  • Perform all reasonable services guests may require, memorize their preferences & anticipate guest requests and requirements to satisfy them efficiently and promptly.    

  • Communicate and collaborate closely with the Guest Relations Supervisor.   

  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying a great sense of style and integrity and conveying to the guest a sense of knowledge and assurance.

What we are looking for 

  • Front Desk / Guest Relations experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and an exceptional eye for detail.  

  • This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Megève and the contract is seasonal.    

  • You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.  

  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is required.
