About the Role

Job Description

1. Filter important information from project management Excel lists in various locations, and transfer and register the information
2. Create and adjust the interface of Global IE Power BI
3. Database creation and inspection for Global IE Power BI
4. Assist in creating PPT report templates
5. Assist in writing and translating EPM training materials
6. Logistics work for workshops organized by Global IE
7. Meetings organized by Global IE, registration for meetings
8. Statistics and organization of global topics
9. Registration and transportation of visitors
10. Standard document translation work

Qualifications

1. Graduated with a bachelor's degree

2. Fluent in English

3. Can work 3 days/week, and at least for 6 months
