About the Role

Laboratory Quality & Accreditation Support

  • Assist in ISO/IEC 17025 scope extension activities for Pour Cloud CFPP analysis.
  • Support preparation, review, and verification of accreditation-related documents, records, and technical data.
  • Assist with method validation activities and technical data management to support laboratory accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation practices in compliance with laboratory quality management system requirements.

 

Strategic Improvement Initiatives

  • Support projects related to outsourced sample analysis optimization.
  • Assist in process mapping, workflow assessment, and performance data collection and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance laboratory efficiency and service delivery.
  • Track project progress and support coordination with relevant stakeholders.

 

Equipment Readiness & Laboratory Operations

  • Participate in recommissioning and operational readiness activities for CHNS and HPLC analytical equipment.
  • Assist in equipment documentation review, inventory verification, and maintenance record consolidation.
  • Support equipment readiness assessments and operational preparedness activities.

 

Document & Record Management

  • Maintain technical documents, records, and archives in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and PRPC record management guidelines.
  • Assist in ensuring document accuracy, version control, and accessibility.

 

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare periodic progress reports, project updates, and presentation materials.
  • Communicate project status and key findings to supervisors and project stakeholders.
