About the Role

Program Overview

Your mission is to drive our holistic people strategy by actively shaping both the future talent landscape and the internal culture of the luxury retail industry. Over a 10 to 12-week summer period, you will experience the engines of Human Resources: attracting high-caliber talent and cultivating a connected, thriving workplace.



Key Highlights

Talent Acquisition Intern

  • Manage the interview coordination process, including scheduling phone screens, assessments, and panel interviews arrangement between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the initial CV screening process against defined job criteria and utilize recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn,job boards) to source passive candidates.
  • Draft, format, and publish job advertisements across various external portals.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Intern

  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of staff welfare and engagement activities (e.g., wellness interest classes, team-building events).
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute routine internal announcements, newsletters, and updates across our company channels (Intranet, Microsoft Teams, email broadcasts).
  • Collaborate with the team to shape compelling story angles for our Employer Brand on LinkedIn. As a special project, you will document and share your own "Internship Journey" (via social posts, articles, or short videos) to authentically showcase our company culture to future early-career talent.
  • Conduct research on current industry trends in employee wellbeing, work engagement, and internal communications, presenting a 'Fresh Ideas' summary to the team.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • University student (Years 1 to 3) in any field of study with a strong interest in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or Corporate Culture is a plus.

  • Self-driven and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Passionate about the luxury retail industry

  • Proficient in MS Office for data organization and presentations, with experience using basic visual design tools (e.g., Canva) to create engaging digital content.

  • Excellent written and spoken fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Available to work full-time for a 10 to 12-week period between June and August 2026.
