Finance & Tax Intern

Location: Shanghai
Department: Statutory & Fiscal (S&F) / Finance

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day finance and tax operations by processing and organizing invoices, payment requests, reimbursement documents, and other supporting materials.

  • Assist with data collection, consolidation, validation, and maintenance of financial records and trackers.

  • Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Excel and other finance tools.

  • Support documentation preparation for audits, tax filings, internal controls, and compliance reviews.

  • Maintain accurate filing and archiving of finance and tax documents.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance and Tax team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field.

  • Available to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle routine tasks accurately and efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.

  • Previous internship experience in finance, accounting, or shared services is a plus.
