Job Responsibilities:
(A) Employee Experience:
- Work with the Employee Experience and Early Careers team to develop and execute various employee experience related activities
- •Support the content creation for internal and external communication channels, including social media
- •Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that the employee experience is integrated and consistent across the organization.
- •Any other duties as assigned
(B) Talent Acquisition:
- Provide timely support and implementation of end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements of each role.
- Provide fresh ideas and inputs to hiring strategies and building of pipeline such as employee experience and employer branding initiatives.
- Be involved as part of the planning team in Internship and MA engagement activities and programs.
- Craft exciting and enticing eDM materials on new HR initiatives.
- Pick up essential talent acquisition skillsets such as Talent Mapping and Negotiation
