Job Responsibilities:

(A) Employee Experience:

  • Work with the Employee Experience and Early Careers team to develop and execute various employee experience related activities
  • •Support the content creation for internal and external communication channels, including social media
  • •Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that the employee experience is integrated and consistent across the organization.
  • •Any other duties as assigned
     

(B) Talent Acquisition:

  • Provide timely support and implementation of end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements of each role.
  • Provide fresh ideas and inputs to hiring strategies and building of pipeline such as employee experience and employer branding initiatives.
  • Be involved as part of the planning team in Internship and MA engagement activities and programs.
  • Craft exciting and enticing eDM materials on new HR initiatives.
  • Pick up essential talent acquisition skillsets such as Talent Mapping and Negotiation
