Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in new project/ system preparation and rollout e.g. conduct testing, collating of data, documentation, rollout coordination, etc. 
  • Assist with new project/ system implementation such as participating in UAT, collating of data, documentation, etc. 
  • Provide support and conducting audits for systems: Sabre SynXis Central Reservation System, RMS Cloud Property Management System and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System, etc. 
  • Assist to coordinate initiatives/ campaign/ rates/ channels setup and support for Online Travel Agents and brand website.

Job Requirements: 

  • Currently pursuing a diploma in Business IT, Hospitality Management, or Tourism/ Resort Management.  
  • Prior experience in using creative applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools would be good, but not mandatory.  
  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately 
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with data. 
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
