About the Role

About The Trainee Program

Are you ambitious, curious, and passionate about sales, languages, and travel? Our Sales Trainee Program in Ho Chi Minh City is your launchpad into a fast-paced, international career with EF Education First. This is a 6-month, full-time paid role designed to give you hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement, , with the potential to grow into a full-time position after the program.

What You’ll Do
 

  • Work closely with our Sales & Marketing team to support students and families interested in language travel programs abroad
  • Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms to guide them through our programs
  • Manage and follow up on leads and customer database to convert interest into sales
  • Help plan and participate in sales and marketing activities, such as fairs, school visits, and open houses
  • Support with customer service inquiries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve sales strategies, campaigns, and customer experience
  • Represent EF with enthusiasm and professionalism, both online and in person
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Experience studying, working, or traveling abroad is a big plus
  • A self-starter mindset: proactive, goal-driven, and organized
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English 
  • Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and strong team spirit
  • Recent university graduates are welcome, prior sales experience is appreciated but not required
