About the Role

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Data pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à l’exploitation et à l’amélioration des données liées à nos activités de recrutement multisectoriel.
Vous serez un véritable support pour l’équipe, en participant à la structuration, l’analyse et la fiabilisation des données issues de différents outils RH et CRM.

    Description du poste

    🚀 Vos missions

    Sous la responsabilité du pôle Recrutement, vous aurez pour principales missions :

    • Collecter, structurer et nettoyer les données issues de différentes sources (CRM, ATS, fichiers Excel, etc.)
    • Mettre à jour et enrichir les bases de données liées au recrutement
    • Créer et automatiser des tableaux de suivi (KPI, performance, sourcing, délais de recrutement…)
    • Participer à l’analyse des indicateurs pour aider à la prise de décision
    • Identifier des axes d’amélioration continue dans la gestion et la qualité des données
    • Contribuer à la documentation des processus de traitement de la data

    Qualifications

    🧠 Profil recherché

    • Étudiant(e) en formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 (BTS, BUT, Licence Pro,…) orientée Data, Statistiques, Informatique décisionnelle ou RH avec une appétence pour la data
    • À l’aise avec Excel / Google Sheets
    • Rigoureux(se), curieux(se), et doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse
    • Sens du travail en équipe et intérêt pour le recrutement et la transformation digitale
