DAP ADULTE – Agent administratif au Service Ordering, Delivery

Lieu : Strassen

Type de contrat : DAP ADULTE

Disponibilité : Dès que possible 

Votre mission :

Au sein du Département Opérations, vous apportez un support administratif au Service en charge des commandes, des livraisons et de la validation de contrats.

En interaction permanente avec les équipes du Service, vous rapportez à l’Operation Manager.

Les tâches principales de ce poste sont :

  • Assurer la livraison des véhicules

  • Réaliser les tâches administratives liées à l’activité

  • Gérer l’édition des cartes carburant

  • Mettre en place et activer les contrats

Votre profil :

  • Une formation DAP en cours en tant qu’agent administratif et commercial

  • Organisé et soucieux du détail

  • Dynamique, vous aimez prendre des initiatives

  • Maîtrise du français et un bon niveau en anglais B2 (l’allemand et le luxembourgeois seront considérés comme un atout)

  • Bonne maîtrise de l’outil informatique, des applications Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), vous êtes rapidement à l’aise avec les applications spécifiques au métier
