Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations.


Pay:  $18-$20/hour
Schedule: Flexible (15–20 hours/week), with hours determined collaboratively based on team needs and candidate  availability

Location: Onsite, North Tonawanda, NY

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and presentations
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
  • Provide administrative support
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements as assigned

 

Preferred Qualifications/Education/Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
