We are the content engine for AI visibility in highly regulated enterprises. About the Role
<p>SCAILE is building the infrastructure that makes brands visible in AI search. As ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews replace traditional search, we help companies get discovered and recommended by AI systems. We combine a proprietary Content Engine with AI agents to create, optimize, and deploy content at scale. Supported by Google Cloud for Startups and NCA VC, we&#39;re already live with clients like Beurer and Lyceum Technologies.</p> <p>We&#39;re hiring a Customer Growth Intern to help our customers get real value from SCAILE and keep coming back. You&#39;ll support onboarding, run check-ins, and keep an eye on the early signals that tell us when an account needs attention. This is a 10-week, paid internship (1.850 €/month) with the potential to convert into a full-time role.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Support customer onboarding and help new accounts hit their first &quot;wow&quot; fast</li> <li>Monitor customer health, usage, and feedback so we spot risks and opportunities early</li> <li>Prepare check-ins, reports, and QBRs that show customers their results</li> <li>Support renewals and flag expansion signals alongside our Customer Growth Lead</li> <li>Work with sales and product to turn customer feedback into product improvements</li> <li>Keep the CRM and CS tooling clean, and iterate on what keeps customers happy</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>You&#39;ve already taken care of people somewhere, whatever it was: a service job, a club, tutoring, or a community you ran (that interests us more than your CV)</li> <li>You communicate clearly and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed</li> <li>You&#39;re organized, proactive, and don&#39;t wait to be told what to do</li> <li>You&#39;re curious about AI, SaaS, and how brands win in AI search</li> <li>You speak fluent German and English (both are a must for our customer base)</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Paid internship (1.850 €/month) with a real path to a full-time role</li> <li>Work directly with the founders (ex-BCG and La Famiglia VC)</li> <li>A culture of high ownership and real impact, plus modern AI tooling</li> </ul> <p>Ready to move fast, build bold, and make customers successful from day one?
