About the Role

Company Description

Support the Red Bull Mexico Operations team in ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and service excellence by assisting with supply chain analysis, reporting, process follow-up, and cross-functional coordination. The Operations Intern contributes to the execution and continuous improvement of key operational processes across customer service, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and planning, helping the team deliver Red Bull products and visibility items on time, in full, and at optimized cost while maintaining high quality standards and a strong service mindset. 

Job Description

UPDATE AND FOLLOW UP ON THE OPERATIONS TEAM´S PROJECTS

  • Maintain updated project trackers, follow up on pending actions with the Operations team, and consolidate relevant information to support visibility, alignment, and timely execution of team initiatives. 

SUPPORT OPERATIONAL REPORTING AND KPI TRACKING

  • Prepare, update, and consolidate operational reports and dashboards by gathering data from internal tools and stakeholders, helping the team monitor performance indicators such as service level, fill rate, delivery performance, stock availability, and operational execution. 

ASSIST IN LOGISTICS, WAREHOUSING, AND DISTRIBUTION FOLLOW-UP

  • Support the follow-up of day-to-day logistics activities by tracking relevant information related to warehouse operations, transportation, deliveries, returns, and visibility items, ensuring timely communication of deviations and supporting the team in resolving operational issues. 

COORDINATE INFORMATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS 

  • Collect, organize, and share relevant information with Operations, Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and logistics partners to support alignment, follow-up, and timely execution of operational priorities. 

CONTRIBUTE TO PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION 

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational routines, documentation, trackers, and ways of working by supporting the standardization of processes and contributing with ideas that enhance efficiency, visibility, and team productivity. 

KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES 

  • Updated Operations project trackers and follow-up files, ensuring pending actions, owners, deadlines, and status updates are accurate and visible to the team to support timely execution of key initiatives. 

  • Reliable operational reports and KPI updates delivered on time, helping the team monitor service level, fill rate, delivery performance, stock availability, and operational execution to identify risks and opportunities for action. 

  • Clear and organized operational information shared with internal stakeholders and logistics partners, supporting alignment, faster follow-up of deviations, and better decision-making across daily operations. 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in 4th or 5th semester in a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field such as Engineering, Logistics, Supply Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Minimum 75% proficiency in English. 

  • Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and customer service processes. 

  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with data, identify inconsistencies, and support accurate reporting. 

  • Organized and proactive mindset, with the ability to follow up on tasks, update trackers, and manage deadlines. 

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving positive change through data-driven decision-making.
