Responsibilities:

  • Support initiative growth in priority customer segments, with a strong emphasis on the Prestige program targeting the affluent and high-net-worth (AHNW)
  • Assist cool engagement activities — from customer appreciation events to surprise gift deliveries for our loyal and valued customers.
  • Dive into data — help us understand our customers better and make smarter decisions.
  • Make communications happen — help send out emails, WhatsApp messages, and newsletters that actually get read.
  • Keep things moving — assist with behind-the-scenes admin and logistics that keep our customer programs on track.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates or final-year student majoring in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistic or anything similar.
  • You’re confident with project management, marketing & business strategy, and know your way around Excel pivot tables to use data as the basis of decision.
  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and like seeing things through from start to finish.
  • You enjoy working with others and aren’t afraid to ask questions or share ideas.
  • Able to commit for 6 months and come to the office 3 times a week.
