As a Working Student (all genders) starting immediately, you will be part of Roland Berger's global IT organization and work closely with the teams managing our internal AI platform. Together with highly motivated colleagues, you will contribute to innovative solutions, support digital transformation initiatives, and help advance our technological capabilities.

 

Your key responsibilities are:  

1. Cloud and infrastructure operations 

  • Assist with cloud infrastructure tasks and support automation initiatives (primarily Azure, with exposure to GCP) 
  • Support the operation and maintenance of containerized environments 
  • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices and process improvements 

2. AI platform support and collaboration 

  • Manage tickets and emails received by colleagues on the internal AI platform and participate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues 
  • Collaborate on infrastructure improvements and documentation and work closely with IT and AI platform teams to test new AI products before launch 

3. Communication and knowledge sharing 

  • Help prepare newsletters to update Roland Berger’s colleagues on the latest AI news and developments 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Computer Science, IT, or related field) 
  • Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) or strong interest in learning 
  • Interest in container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) 
  • Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving 
  • Curious, self-motivated, and eager to develop technical skills
