Location: Hybrid in Hyderabad, Delhi, or Bengaluru
Stipend: 8000/- per month
Duration of Internship: 3 Months ( No PPO)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People & Culture team for a 3-month engagement. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing roles while working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Identify and source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels for open positions across functions.
Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and telephonic screening to assess candidate fit against role requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on job requirements, and provide regular pipeline status updates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate data accurately in the ATS (Zoho Recruit or equivalent) and internal trackers.
Offer & Closure Support: Support in offer rollouts, following up with candidates, and driving roles to closure within defined timelines.
Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and share periodic updates with the TA team.
Employer Branding: Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms and contribute ideas to improve candidate outreach and engagement.

Requirements
Experience: 3–6 months of prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (internship) is desired.
Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Good understanding of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
Ownership mindset and community focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good to Have: Prior hands-on experience with an ATS such as Zoho Recruit or any other applicant tracking system.
