Ce poste est basé à Rennes, France.

 

Au sein de notre équipe People Partnering (RH), vous serez un contributeur clé à nos opérations RH quotidiennes. Ce stage de 6 mois offre un aperçu complet et opérationnel des ressources humaines, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes basées en France.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Administration du personnel & Intégration

  • Gérer les tâches d'administration du personnel (visites de médecine du travail, mutuelle, tickets-restaurant, déclarations préalables à l'embauche, suivi des astreintes).
  • Préparer les éléments variables de paie pour l'équipe en charge de la paie.
  • Soutenir l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (dossiers administratifs, outils internes, coordination du premier jour).
 

Systèmes d'information RH

  • Administrer et mettre à jour les données dans Personio.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des paramètres du système pour le périmètre français.
 

Reporting

  • Produire et suivre les indicateurs RH clés (effectifs, absentéisme, turnover).
 

Formation

  • Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers de formation auprès de l'OPCO.
 

Recrutement & Stages

  • Coordonner les campagnes de stages d'observation.
  • Apporter un soutien ponctuel aux activités de recrutement.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Étudiant(e) en Master (Bac+5) en Ressources Humaines, Droit social, Management ou École de Commerce avec une spécialisation RH.
  • À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (notamment Excel) ; une expérience préalable avec un SIRH est un plus.
  • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens de la discrétion professionnelle.
  • Un niveau d'anglais opérationnel est apprécié (environnement international).
