Job Description

Rattaché(e) au CEO, le/la titulaire du poste assure un support stratégique et opérationnel afin de faciliter la prise de décision, le pilotage de la performance et la coordination entre les équipes en Inde, le cluster et le siège en France.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Accompagner le CEO sur les priorités stratégiques (One India Strategy, MTP, sujets sensibles).

  • Préparer les instances de gouvernance (Operating Committees) et assurer le suivi des plans d'actions.

  • Suivre et analyser les KPI stratégiques, les prévisions de ventes et les reportings destinés au cluster et au siège.

  • Servir de point de contact entre l'Inde et le siège français pour les sujets de prévisions, de plans d'actions commerciaux et de reporting.

  • Coordonner les visites de dirigeants (EVP, Top Management) et les interactions avec le bureau du CEO de Renault India.

  • Réaliser des analyses de données et contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité des reportings et de la prise de décision.

  • Piloter des projets transverses, notamment liés à l'EPR et à d'autres initiatives stratégiques.

  • Développer les relations avec l'écosystème français local, notamment la communauté d'affaires et la Chambre de Commerce Française.

Le poste contribue à renforcer la culture de pilotage par la donnée, l'efficacité opérationnelle et la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes.
