About the Role

Loyalty internship 

As part of our ambition to strengthen relationships with installers across our markets, we are continuously evolving our B2B loyalty and engagement programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who is interested in customer loyalty, marketing, customer engagement, and community building to support this journey. 

Your role: 

As our Loyalty intern, you’ll join our Sales & Marketing Center of Excellence team and will gain hands-on experience in an international environment by supporting the Global Loyalty Manager.  

Your key responsibilities : 

Depending on your interests and strengths, you will contribute to:  

Loyalty program support 

  • Assist in monitoring and optimizing existing installer loyalty programs. 

  • Help develop recommendations to improve the installer experience and program value proposition. 

  • Support in shaping communication plan for the onboarding journey and other engagement activities. 

Internal communication 

  • Support the development of an internal marketing and communication plan to increase awareness and adoption of loyalty initiatives. 

  • Create presentations, communication materials, and stakeholder updates. 

  • Help drive engagement among internal teams across different markets. 

Community building 

  • Support in hosting community calls with various markets 

  • Learn, share and re-apply best practices across markets 

What you bring : 

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field at a university in the Netherlands (WO or HBO-level).  

  • You have a strong interest in marketing, customer loyalty, CRM, digital engagement, and community building. 

  • You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn   

  • You have a keen eye for detail, a critical mindset, and an organised approach  

  • You are comfortable working in English in an international environment  

Nice-to-have:  

  • Experience with digital tools (SharePoint, Teams etc)   

What we offer  

  • A full-time internship (40 hrs per week) for 4 to 6 months, ideally starting in September 2026  

  • Monthly internship allowance of €500-550 (based on 40 hours per week)  

  • A company laptop to support your work  

  • Hybrid working 

  • Hands-on experience in a global team
