Job Description

Rattaché au Responsable Support Commercial,

Dans une équipe de 4 assistantes commerciales,

Missions principales :

  • Gestion de tâches demandées par la force de vente via CRM Salesforce : Création et rédaction de propositions commerciales, de grilles de prix, contrats BtoB, d’avenants (en français et en anglais),

  • Mise en signature des contrats via l'outil de signature électronique Docusign, 

  • Archivage numérique des contrats dans le Drive commun du Support Commercial,

  • Analyse de mails, recherches et réponses aux autres points d’entrées commerciaux d’autres pays du groupe (en anglais), de divers services internes (recouvrement, service relation client...) et des équipes commerciales de nos franchisés,

  • Création et modifications de comptes clients et paramétrages,

  • Mise à jour de données clients via CRM, dont analyses de données sur Excel,

  • Complétion des fiches fournisseurs pour les clients BtoB,

  • Envoi de reporting aux clients BtoB,

  • Participation à l’élaboration de réponses aux appels d’offres,

  • Diverses tâches administratives.

Qualifications :

De formation Bac, préparation BTS (Commerce International ou équivalent), vous disposez d'une connaissance de l'environnement Google Workspace (Suite Google) et du Pack office (Excel, Word), de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et vous avez un goût pour le commerce.

Vous avez un niveau B1/B2 minimum.

> Poste à pourvoir à compter du 1er septembre 2026 en alternance exclusivement,

> Type de contrat : Contrat d'apprentissage,

> Durée du contrat : 2 ans,

> Rythme d'alternance impératif : 3 jours en entreprise (lundi, mardi, mercredi) et 2 jours à l'école (jeudi, vendredi),

> Poste en présentiel basé au siège à Boulogne-Billancourt.
