Job Description

  • Support sourcing and supplier management activities
  • Assist with RFQ, NDA and contract administration processes
  • Support supplier phase-out and new supplier integration projects
  • Follow up on sustainability and compliance topics
  • Maintain procurement systems, data and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional purchasing activities

Qualifications

  • 3rd-year undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering
  • Available to work at least 3 full days per week during the academic semester
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
