About the Role

職務目的:

負責世界知名藥廠、耗材廠商配送至全台各大醫療院的採購流程,與組員一起完成每日客戶的報價及公文作業處理,協助全台醫療院所及原廠的問題排解。

 

職務內容:

  • 處理醫院、診所、藥局,及連鎖通路客戶訂單
  • 協助處理客戶收貨異常及退貨情況
  • 回應客戶及業務訂單進度查詢,及客戶特殊需求處理
  • 確保無貨品因不正確的收據作廢程序而損失
  • 確認公司資料的安全與保密確實
  • 其他主管指派事項
  • 工作過三個月後,將享有績效獎金

 

職務條件:

必須條件:

  • 大學畢業或以上學歷
  • 具中文及台語口說能力,良好電話客服技巧
  • 熟稔微軟文書軟體及打字速度達每分鐘30字
  • 可同時多工,反應靈敏且細心謹慎地處理客戶需求事項,彈性配合上班時間

  • 熟稔訂單處理程序,具SAP系統(英文操作介面)使用經驗為佳。
