About the Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Support the Manufacturing team in analyzing operational data, contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities within production processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, equipment efficiency, and productivity projects, developing practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and industrial performance analysis. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze manufacturing data to generate performance indicators and support decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and TPM tools and methodologies.
  • Support the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve machine efficiency and reduce process losses.
  • Assist with labor productivity studies and manufacturing process analyses.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence initiatives.
  •  Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of Manufacturing processes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control & Automation, or related fields).
  • Must be enrolled between the 1st and 3rd year of the degree program; students in their 4th and 5th years are not eligible due to the maximum internship duration of 2 years.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Knowledge of English

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Interest in data analysis, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or process improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities. · Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
