RfP-Desk Praktikant*in / Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) 

Dein Aufgabenprofil 

  • Du unterstützt unser Team vom RfP-Desk bei der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen (RfPs), Due-Diligence-Fragebögen (DDQs) und institutionellen Investorenanfragen.
  • Du recherchierst und konsolidierst Informationen zu unseren Fonds, Investmentstrategien und Unternehmensdaten aus verschiedenen internen Quellen.
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Wissensdatenbanken, Datenräume und Standardantworten kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von Ausschreibungsanforderungen und koordinierst erforderliche Beiträge mit Fachbereichen wie Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, ESG und Vertrieb.
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv bei Digitalisierungsinitiativen rund um Microsoft 365, Copilot und KI-gestützte Prozesse ein.

Unser Anforderungsprofil 

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du arbeitest äußerst sorgfältig, strukturiert und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Du hast Freude daran, komplexe Informationen zu analysieren, zu strukturieren und verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch (min C1)- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word.
  • Idealerweise interessierst Du Dich für Kapitalmärkte, Asset Management oder institutionelle Investoren.
  • Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit.
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Datenanalyse, KI-Anwendungen oder Prozessautomatisierung sind ein Plus.
  • Du bist mindestens bis zum 31.12.2026 verfügbar.
