About the Role

At Webfleet, we're looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and results-oriented HR Data Analytics Intern to join our HR team in Amsterdam. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insights, improving processes through automation and AI, and supporting HR decision-making.

What will your role be?

You will report directly to the HR Business Partner and support the team by:

  • Analyzing employee engagement survey results and identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for action.
  • Supporting the implementation and deployment of a new HR tool.
  • Creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate and improve HR reporting processes using AI and other digital tools, reducing manual work.
  • Supporting employee and manager communications related to engagement initiatives, office presence, and other HR topics.
  • Providing ad hoc analytical and operational support to the HR team.

  • Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data (advanced Excel skills are highly valued).
  • Have an interest in AI, automation, and finding smarter ways to improve processes.
  • Enjoy transforming data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Are curious, proactive, and have strong critical thinking skills.
  • Are detail-oriented, solution-focused, and eager to learn.
  • Have good communication skills in English and can present insights in a clear and engaging way.
  • Enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment.
  • Are able to complete a 6-month internship as part of your university program.
