Sur le site de Reims, Valeo Electrification, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire ingénieur(e) pour une durée de 6 mois. Ce site compte environ 270 collaborateurs et est spécialisé dans la production d’échangeurs thermiques.
 

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité Fournisseur du site, vous assurez en duo la gestion du service AQFE. Vous êtes au cœur du contrôle qualité et un véritable relais entre la production site et nos fournisseurs. En appliquant vos connaissances techniques vous serez capable de résoudre les problématiques.

Vos missions :

  • Lecture de plans 3D/2D et utilisation des cotations pour veiller au contrôle qualité

  • Suivi et optimisation de la relation fournisseur : sécurisation des lignes de production, utilisation des outils qualité dans une démarche San Gen Shugi

  • Suivi de la démarche d’assurance qualité des pièces de nos fournisseurs (suivi des audits produits, gestion des Échantillons Initiaux, chantier 5S, métrologie....)

  • Communication avec les services internes (achats, logistique, unités de production)

  • Suivi et mise en place d’un plan d’action pour les fournisseurs les plus impactant

  • Amélioration continue des processus du contrôle qualité par le biais d’outils qualité interne

Parlons de vous !

  • Vous êtes dans un cursus ingénieur à dominante mécanique & industrie, vous savez lire des plans et vous avez les notions de base dans le domaine de la qualité.

  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’Anglais et les suites Microsoft et Google n’ont aucuns secrets pour vous !

  • Vous êtes organisé(e) dans votre travail, rigoureux, dynamique et avez l'esprit d’équipe.
