About the Role

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern/Trainee to join our team. This is  an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual looking to gain hands-on  experience and insight into various HR functions. The ideal candidate will support  day-to-day HR operations, participate in strategic initiatives, and contribute to  creating a positive workplace culture. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Onboarding 

o Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and  induction sessions for new hires. 

  1. Employee Engagement 

o Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives  and events. 

o Assist in preparing communication materials to promote HR programs.

      3. HR Operations 

o Maintain and update employee records in the HR Management System  (HRMS). 

o Assist with data entry, report preparation, and compliance with  company policies. 

o Maintain data for new joiners, connects, resignation etc and be able to  analyze basic information 

  1. Learning and Development 

o Support in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and e-learning  initiatives. 

o Gather feedback from employees on training programs and  recommend improvements. 

  1. General Administration 

o Provide assistance in policy creation, revision, and documentation. 

o Handle ad hoc HR-related projects and administrative tasks as  assigned. 

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in  Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

∙ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

∙ Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

∙ Proactive and willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. 

∙ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRMS or  recruitment tools is a plus. 

∙ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
