About the Role

At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money.

Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko.

From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and environmental impact.

Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US.

It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!

🧚 Our Marketing team

No one is more creative and data-driven than this team; they truly combine the best of both worlds. The Marketing team’s mission is to put our product into the hearts and hands of millions of users around the world.

  • The Growth Team builds and scales innovative growth engines to conquer markets, attract, and retain users.

  • The Brand & Communications Team shapes Joko's long-term vision and builds a lasting emotional connection with users.

  • The Campaign & Merchandising Team drives our B2C campaign calendar and elevates the shopping experience.

  • The B2B Marketing Team positions Joko as the top partner in our space and builds a standout employer brand.

Led by Isa, our CMO, the team is constantly innovating to take the business to new heights.

🎯 What you will do

As a B2B Marketing Intern, your mission is to help the team position Joko as the top marketing partner for retailers. You’ll report to Héléna, our B2B Marketing Manager, and work closely with the rest of B2B Marketing, Sales, and Account Management. Concretely:

  • Turn Joko’s data into market intelligence the industry wants to read. You’ll help build our Market Insights reports from banking transaction data — running the analyses, structuring the narrative, designing the deck, and packaging activation assets for press and internal B2B use. These reports are one of our strongest inbound and PR levers, and you’ll see them referenced externally.

  • Support Joko’s PR presence across B2C, B2B, and Corporate. You’ll help drive our media relations work with journalists and industry voices — from building target lists and prepping briefing materials to tracking coverage and follow-ups. The goal is simple: make Joko a name people in retail and fintech recognize and quote.

  • Equip Sales and Account Management with content that closes deals. You’ll partner with them to produce the pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and campaign materials they actually use in front of merchants. This is where you learn how B2B marketing meets revenue, in a company that treats that alignment as a P0.

  • Help run the B2B events calendar. From our own events to industry gatherings, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute. Expect to own logistics end-to-end for smaller formats and to be a right hand on the bigger ones.

  • Fuel our B2B content engine. You’ll contribute to our B2B LinkedIn, our B2B newsletter, and our B2B website — writing, editing, coordinating with design, and making sure Joko’s latest wins, hires, and milestones show up where our audience is.

👀 Who we’re looking for

  • Education: You’re in a top business or communication school, ideally with a focus on marketing, brand, or management. Track record matters more than school name.

  • Experience: You’re looking for a 6-month internship and you already have at least one relevant experience in marketing, brand, comms, or consulting — enough that you’re not starting from zero.

  • Analytical and structured: You’re comfortable spending a morning in a spreadsheet, pulling a story out of a dataset, and turning it into a clean deck by the afternoon. Data doesn’t intimidate you; badly structured thinking does.

  • Sharp writer: You can write a crisp LinkedIn post, a tight newsletter intro, and a punchy one-pager without needing three rounds of edits. Written craft matters here.

  • Proactive operator: You spot what needs to be done and move on it without being told. You follow up on your own tasks and you don’t let things fall through the cracks.

  • Curious about retail, fintech, and B2B storytelling: You genuinely want to understand how brands sell to other brands, and what makes a partner marketing story land.

  • AI-native: You use AI tools daily to work faster and better — for research, drafting, data cleaning, deck production — and you’re curious about how to push further.

  • Team player: You’re humble, collaborative, and easy to work with across Marketing, Sales, and AM.

  • Languages: Native-level in French and comfortable in English (written and spoken).

  • Location: Paris-based role. Being in-office is not a requirement — the intern can work remotely from home.
