About the Role

Dein Arbeitsumfeld:

Im Rahmen deiner 3,5-jährigen Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) lernst du alle relevanten Einsatzbereiche der mechanischen Fertigung kennen. Du fertigst verschiedene Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen für die industrielle Serienproduktion an und lernst alle nötigen Techniken, um Metalle zu bearbeiten. JRDNP

Deine Ausbildungsinhalte:

  • Kennenlernen von Aufbau und Funktionsweise eines international tätigen Familienunternehmens

  • Bearbeitung praxisrelevanter Themen in modern eingerichteten Ausbildungszentren

  • Herstellung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen durch Feilen, Bohren, Fräsen, Drehen und Schleifen

  • Sägen, Kleben und Löten

  • Anfertigung von Vorrichtungen und speziellen Werkzeugen

  • Wartung, Reparatur und Umbau von Werkzeugen und Formen

  • Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Vorrichtungen sowie deren Instandhaltung

  • Erstellung von CAM-Programmen und Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen

  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Arbeitsaufgaben sowie Lesen von technischen Unterlagen

Dein Profil:

  • Guter Hauptschulabschluss oder Fachoberschulreife

  • Sichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Mathematik und Physik

  • Interesse an Technik und Programmierung

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und gute Feinmotorik

  • Gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und sicheres Farbsehvermögen wünschenswert

  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge

  • Freude am Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen

  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
